Paul is someone who I met back in 2023 at an event in Liverpool and we connected quickly and deeply. I have had the privilege of facilitating Paul at my own Constellations workhops, as well as experience and particpate in Pauls Mens Groups, and Breathwork classes.
I have seen him grow, develop, and evolve over the last 3 years and someone who most definitely embodies someone being the change and walking the talk.
This last episode of Season 1 is a vulnerable one, and almost had me in tears within the first 10 minutes, and charts a course from a life growing up in working class North Liverpool, to the various experiences that have shaped him in to the Man he has become.
It has a particular emphasis on Men however is most definitely an episode for both Men and Women alike.
